Sublingual Allergy Drops
Sublingual allergy drops are prepared by an allergist to strengthen your immunity to a particular allergen or set of allergens. You keep the drop under your tongue for a minute or two, and then you swallow it. The treatment is that simple.
No more needles. No more weekly doctor visits.
Sublingual allergy drops are a natural solution to allergic reactions to ragweed, grass, tree pollens, dust mites, and cat dander. Our allergist will determine what substances you are allergic to and prepare the drops. The drops contain small amounts of the allergen or allergens that your body is sensitive to. Over time your immune system builds a tolerance to the allergen, and symptoms are reduced.
We can help you identify the allergens causing your symptoms and teach you how to take control of the situation.
At your initial office visit, we’ll collect information about your symptoms and medical history.
We will conduct allergy skin tests, to determine what allergens are causing your symptoms.
For seasonal allergies, we recommend immunotherapy in the form of sublingual drops, to provide lasting relief.
We offer complete allergy testing, and we have an allergist on staff who will work with you to determine a specific course of treatment for your individual needs.
Sublingual Drops can give instant relief to a range of symptoms such as:
